Cheating and Harassment by HDFCHome Finance ltd.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I have taken Home Loan from HDFC in 2006 and HDFC charging me wrong penalty for repayment from my own fund which is against to the initial agreement and advertising in the application for itself even today.

CHEATING / HARRASMENT AT THE TIME OF HOME LOAN SANCTION

I have availed Home Loan of Rs. 15, 00, 000.00 (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) in December in Floating Rate of interest at 9%. After 3 months they increased the rate to 10.75 which can be predictable & possible inflation. Now the rate is 11.25%.No letter of information has sent to regarding the their rate till today. This the way how HDFC keep customers in dark.

On 5/03/09 when I visited HDFC to repay total loan from my own fund i.e., without any refinancing from any comercial institutions, they demanding 45000/- repayment penalty. Now they are demanding more than 1500000/- after 26 months of repayment. This is against to the their aplication advt.& agreement .kindly register a case against the HDFC ltd. and do needful help to me please.
