Not granting housing loans

Espected sir, i would like to divert your attention towards Mumbra which is a small town in Thane. this area is just facing harsh social bycott from these multi national banks. Although am a ship design engineer paid Rs25000 asIT last year I have been refused to grant a Housing loan for 05 years. In an emergency I have arranged five personnal loans & bought a home. In a democratic Republic this kind of open descrimination towards an area should not be acceptable.
