Intererst rate

I have taken a loan of Rs 7, 50, 000/= from HDFC ltd on 9.5% interest rate in the month of October. Loan was sanctioned and disbursed in the second week of October. Now I come to know that my loan was sanctioned on a higher intest rate than others 9.25% during the same period. The difference in the interest rate is may be due to .25% discount offer (Festival Offer). When I complined with the HDFC regarding the higher intesrest rate offered to me and discount benefit was not not given to me they are not replying properly. Kindly Help
