Charges not informed to me before processing the loan

Have taken a loan in HDFC bank for 1 lakh and my loan account number is 14096960. This loan was a top of my existing loan account no.10696610.
The outstanding on my old loan is 26813.75 after paying my November installment.
I was told that a processing fee of 1.5% only will be charged for new loan on the amount (100000-26813.75) which is 1097.97 and there is no other charges.
The loan amount of Rs.70755.00 has been credited to my SB account on 14th November. There is no answer for remaing amount of Rs.1333.45.please help in getting my money
