ECS clearing complaint

Dear Sir,

I have taken personal loan of 1, 26, 000 from your bank on DEC 07. Account No-12450436.This month my ECs submitted on 10th and has got returned due to enough amount not available in my account. I received a call from your bank and informed that they will collect the money in my home or office by next day and they are not agreed to any cheque or net transfer. But your representative collected the amount after 5 days.

But on 18th dec another ECS was submitted to my account without any information to me even after collecting the DEC EMI. Your procedure is to collect the money at customer and at the same time debit the money from customer account.

Pls reply my query Why Another ECS submitted in the same month without any information to me even after you have agreed to collect the amount by cash.

I am charged for the ECS return charges from my icici bank.

This is highly dissappointing and expecting your reply as quick as possible...
