I had written the following to hdfc but I have not received any reply. Kindly go through the matter which is self explanatory. Kindly guide me what I should do. There is no response from HDFC for collecting cheque so far.

Dear Sir,

I have my grievances, please intervene in this matter and help me out of this problem.

I had drawn personal loan from HDFC vide LAN No.10560990 and will complete in Oct. The EMI was through my salary account Canara Bank, Ordnance Estate, Ambarnath A/c No.2835101510111. After core banking the HDFC personal had collected one cancelled cheque for ECS during July/ Aug and again in Jan. Since December the HDFC reps are collecting cheque and once they have also collected the amount of Rs450 for no fault of mine. Again in March they had written me a letter to include my name in defaulter list. I had replied to them vide Registered Post (copy enclosed) with a cancelled cheque of Canara Bank above account and requested them to give me total amount payable for foreclosure which they have not replied but instead have again threatened, the letters are enclosed. Now tell me what should I do? I am enclosing all those documents which are of utmost importance. Please intervene and advice me
