I had applied for personal loan as FYI 2 Nov. I have received Ref No: 15688484 but I have not received the loan amount or further confirmation yet. I have been trying to contact your customer care for no use.

If u unable to arrange loan why u have alloted me the loan reference no?

I have been disappointed with your customer care serivce.

Sort out this issue at earliest and make me to go legal and claim for compensation which you dont want.
