HDFC Platinum Plus credit card

I was contacted by HDFC bank that on application of platinum plus credit card, I will be eligible to get a VIP Alfa travelling bag once I swipe the credit card. A separate form was also got signed in which this clause was mentioned. However, after swiping my card, I contacted HDFC bank and call centre, they refused any such offer.
