HDFC Platinum Plus credit card
Non receipt of bills before payment due date

Dear Sir,

I never receive the bills before payment date for HDFC bank for the expences made by using teir Platinum Plus credit card.

This causes inconvienience and may allow bank to charge late fees, even when I am ready to pay in time.

I have tried by calling their customer care center but of no use.

I should receive the bills in time from HDFC Bank.
