Mis selling and cheating

Dear sir,

this is with reference to policy number is 101l029v01.

Dear Concerned,

my policy number is 101l029v01 in the name of Joydeep Bhattacharya.

This is a mail from a cheated customer the person with the name of Pradeep Das from hdfc standardc life palam branch and green park branch came to my place and push me for a pension plan.he assured me that I will get 70000/month as pension if I give 5lacs this year and five thousand from next year, but the policy document clearly says i HAVE TO PAY 5LACS PER YEAR ONLY THEN A PENSION of 70000/month is possible and that too if I pay PREMIUM for 15years.

I want my money back, I have become sick of this feeling because i will not be able to 5lacs every year.

In addition to that despite of my advice to park my money in safe fund, he has put in high risk fund and the date of birth is also wrongly mentioned in the policy papers.

this is a clear case of cheating i want my 5lacs rupees back or otherwise i will go to the highest level in INDIAN JUDICAL SYSTEM to get justice. Infact i will go to the media also so that other people are not cheated like this.
