Wasting the customers time without in efficient staff

Hi, This is Harikrishnan, I like to bring this to your attention. I went to pre-close my car loan in HDFC Retail Loan Services, G.N.Chetty Road, Chennai. I was really upset with the way they are treating the customers. I got the token no 39, when the token 23 was in place. You dont believe it took 3 hours to meet the customer support counter. The people in counter are contract staff, they don't know even the basic courtesy how to deal the customers. I saw almost all the customers are waiting for more than 3 hours and got irritated. They have only 1 counter is working and the other 3 counters are doing some other works by keeping too many peoples waiting inside the cabin. Really i was thinking about the people coming in permissions from the office time, we cant get more than 2 hours permission for our personnel works. One of my friend went for same purpose to ICICI Bank he finished within 15 minutes. see the difference.
when we are taking car loan they are giving priority, but we are closing they are least bother about the customers time and pains. I hope the higher authorities in the HDFC will take this complaint and they will study this old system which is irritating to the customers and they will implement a new way to overcome this time consuming practice.
