AQB SER CHGS DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT

(AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS APR-JUN - JULY_ AUGEST 2009) kindly explain what is this charge for... this is realy nerving especially because we were not informed before. and i think the bank should at least send a prior notice before deductiong the amount. this looks more like ways to make money and i guess not a well appreciated one. i think the bank should pay for this uninformed step and we all should be give our deducted ammount back. and from next time on we should be give a prior notice. coz i guess they can send their promotional advertisement letters little less and prefer sending the important ones.
