Dear Sir

I want to register a compalint regarding my Savings Bank Account (A/C No.--12201000003095) as i am totally frustrated and annoyed with the kind of service i have been given by the Bank.

I am a businessman residing in Delhi for last 4 years and i belong to Rampur (U.P).

It started when i went to HDFC Bank (C.P Branch) to get the Savings Account opened. I had a Current Account (Partnership Firm) with ICICI BAnk and a Cheque of the same, my Rent Agreement, PAN Card. Still I was told that my account cannot be opened in Delhi. They said i had to submit my address proof of Rampur and the account will be opened in Rampur. I wondered how it will happen as there is no branch of HDFC in Rampur but they said it is possible. I applied for account on 7th Oct and i didnt get any information by any means regarding my confirmation and status of my account. I got only cash deposit slip from the branch at the time of deposition as i deposited cash for account opening. I had to call up executive several times to get my Account number.

Thenafter i called up several times for enquiring about my welcome kit as i didnt recieve that at my residential address. Then i lodged a complaint on 24th oct (compalint no.-280400141), after that i kept on calling customer care wasting my time talking with them with no resolution of my problem and after 6-7days they lodged another complaint for the same issue. Recently i called up 2 days back for the same issue (Complaint no.-264580531), they said the same that your complaint is under process and nothing else. It clearly meant that my kit hasn't been despatched as i was not told about the same and i haven't got the kit at my address.

Now, when i called up customer care today evening (5th November), i was totally shocked to hear that somebody has used my Debit cum ATM Card in Rampur. Now as i have got my ATM card blocked what next i have to do i dont know. I am totally pissed off as i have wasted a lot of my time and money in calling up several departments and people.

So, please take some necessary action in this respect as i dont know what to do, where to go and whom to speak with? I am waiting for the reply.
