HDFC/Savings account
Not given the respect to custome

Dear Sir,

Iam past more than 11 years savings account holder in HDFC bank. for your kind information iam not in savings account holder in HDFC. HDFC releated housing finanace, mortgage, saving account & credit card etc iam using. I need a solvency certificate purpose i approched HDFC besant nagar branch, incharge, that the gentle man simply attening the mobile phone all most 27 minutes. after that said 10 minutes sir, pl wait. then again came and discuss me. with in two mintues simply said not possible to issue the solvency so you may arrange some bank simply said, . i really shocked and mortgage my jewel to some other bank and pre closer my mortgage account. Then i dicided to close my one by one HDFC service wise. secondly i decided to submit my credit card, & savings account. but immdly respond my mail from HDFC credit card division. but savings account side still no respond. why they not taken the action to besant nagar branch incharge?

Kindly advice take this complaint and reply me which decesion i have to take.
