HDFC Savings Account
Regarding the holding of my funds transfered from Third party transfer from another bank

Dear sir/madam,

I have an HDFC salary savings account with account no 05211050186591 at banjarahills branch. I got funds of Rs.2000 from Thrid party transfer. But the funds kept hold. I contacted my home branch today regarding the holded funds. They told to me that you have to contact credit card team as one of your credit card attached to your savings account. Then I contacted the credit card team regarding this one. They told to me that the funds had been kept hold as I have payment due towards my credit card.

But I had never accepted anywhere for auto payment for my credit card and anything like that one.

So please kindly help me out from this one.
