In the month of sept/ oct my previous employer walsons security, failed to make my settlement & requested me to issue a letter so that the amount deposited in my account i.e. Rs 3100 (or so) could be retrived by them, to which I refused, my settlement was never made by walsons which was 36, 000/- & the said amount remains in my account since then. What do I do now, please do not ask me to get a letter from them-walsons. Is there a time frame? The cash has been there for to long on the ledger balance!
