Coustomer care numbers doesnt work

My Demat and trading account activated on 25th of August as I've got welcome kit ipin etc. But when I tried loging in my trading account and a message displayed on my home screen wrong ID or password! HDFC is only good at banking, they should stop their HDFC securities, as so many people are suffring due to this! when I tried their customer care numbers even they are not working! Please help me to get rid of this Problem! I want to close my Demat and trading account with HDFC and want a refund of my money as I haven't made any transaction as yet!
