Full and final settlement

Dear sir/madam

I m MD Asif Iqbal i was working in hdfc slic as a sales development manager from 30th July in Bangalore, banashankary branch, with Mr. jayashanker (branch mamager) team .due to some reason, I left my job on 5th feb still I m not received my full and final settlement. that’s why I am not able to applies my PF .so many time I called to HR (Miss parul) and send mail also but still I m not received any thing, please help me,
