Acknowledgement not Received

Dear Sir,

I Had applied for HDFC SLIC & they say that they have delivered the application acknowledgement receipt on 17.10.08 by Blaze flash courier POD No 115620513 but till date I have not received it. How many days does it take the courier to reach from Delhi to Gurgaon!!!
