Young Star Plus is Big Fraud... They say there are 24 free Fund Switches... Please dont believe this, they have charged 4000/- as Mortality charges for first fund Switch.
HDFC home loans: For exisitng customers floating and Fix loan rate is 30% higher than new customers.
and once you become existing customer, your interest rate is increased by 30%.
HDFC have their own policy of charging Admin fees on loan applications even after Govt. has imposed a rule for not to chrge this...
For all the Blogs which are in favour of HDFC, DONT TRUST THEM, they are logged by HDFC people to misguide innocent people.
