i have invested through sip in my minor son name in hdfc top 200 growth sip was to be made from my account no01211050084721 no i had partial withdrawl which was made in my account in this month

now when i had withdrawn balance same is witheld for last 12 days i have now been suggested by branch head sanjay placi agra to oppen an account in minor name and then only will be reimbursed which is again going to take 7 to 10 days minimum

may i know is there any way out if not why partial withdrawn was done in my account
