HDFC Trading & Demat a/c
Very Poor and Careless customer care

Hi,

I am having an isue with my hdfcsec trading a/c. whenever I apply for IPOs, the refund is not coming by ECS into my saving a/c. I have my savings & demat a/c also with HDFC bank.

1.When I called the phone banking people, they forwarded the call to demat section. They asked me contact hdfcsec trading a/c people at 180 2099 700

2. When I caled the trading a/c people, they said that ECS facility should be there with Demat a/c and better check with demat section at hyderabad number 66003333

3. I did called again demat section and discussed the issue with them at legnth, but he says it is issue either with Savings a/c or Trading a/c but not with Demat a/c. So he asked me to contact again the trading a/c section or send a mail to dphelp@hdfcbank.com

NO BODY is able to tell the problem or identify the issue.

EVERY ONE is trying to throw it to others.

So how can we say it is a customer care service, when it is a careless service.
