ECS pay LIC Premium

I am using HDFC card for more than 3 years, I dont have any problem so far, six month before i applied for personal loan with HDFC the representative told me u will get loan at cheaper rate of interest if you go for ECS to your LIC premium. So i applied for the same i didn't get loan. Before march we has to submit the IT particulars to my office with bill. Since my premium comes in the month of march, I was forced to pay the premium now i received bill through ECS also which will be a double payment. so I asked customer care executive she replied it wont be possible by her. Now i dont know whom i has to complain regarding this. I phoned to LIC they also says it computer related that will be usually send to the bank for every month cant do anything. my premium amount is 10906. Now I receiving problem due to computer since human put blame on compute
