Wrong Settlement

I have spoken to some executive in HDFC Bank-Rajouri Garden at land line no -41809298 for the settlement of my Visa Card no 4346781004102182.Total outstanding amount informed by them was Rs 6- Approxmately. Due to some financial crisis, which I have faced recently, due to open heart surgery of my wife, I requested them to convert all my outstanding amount in EMI'S.

Finally, settlement letter for Rs 5- was sent to me through your representative and the whole amount was converted in 8 EMI'S, against which I have already paid I instalment in cash i.e 6648/-

Recently I have received a letter from your Bank that after paying all amount I will be considered in defaulter list which is not acceptable by me. Either the whole amount outstanding should be converted into EMI, S enabling me to clear all the dues of the Bank.
