Intrest of my account

I am s.l khatri a retired person of 75 years of age. I had given my passbook to head post office of allahabad through p.a.c post office, naini to give intrest on my passbook on november.but tiil now there have been nothing done on this neither they give interest nor they are giving back my passbook.i had already make a complaint to senior post master but he is not paying attention on this subject thats why i am complaining here so please pay attention on this complain and try to give back my passbook with intrest.
