Sir,

I was working with Headstart Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. for the period 01.08.2007 to 30.06.2008. On resigning from there, applied for withdrawal of my provident fund money immediately. I have yet to receive my money. I have inquired about the same in Kandivali office last two month back. They told me till will be credited to your account till 15tn Aug but it still not credited.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for clearance of my dues from department at the earliest.
