I spoke to the store manager regarding the same issue, he said that when you made the purchase of the nail polish from the colorbar counter there was no staff on the counter (you made the purchase @ 11:00 am & Brand staff do come by 11:30 am) you by mistakely picked up the TESTER instead of a fresh piece...

According to the Store manager the cost of the nail polish was Rs 30. and he said that you live in (k villa) Thane near Holy cross school, the auto fare from the shop to your house is approx Rs50.

so it was not possible for him to deliver the piece at your home.

he also said if the customer personally visits the store he has no issues at all to give the refund...

and

he said it is really very difficult for them to solve these problems over the phone

please do visit the store your problem will be definetly resolved
