Respected sir,

I received a letter from above mention association that i am nominated for this award for my contribution in field of health.

I am dental surgeon, running my small dental clinic in small city jamnagar in Gujarat. I think this company is bogus and cheater, selling award. Beacouse I am not a very very famous doctor and there are lot of other senior doctor in other important branch.and no-one giving them any award, and i selected as best doctor, i surprised about that, doubt that award giving company.
