ECS not stopped

Reminder-I

Few months ago, I had lost my wallet containing bajaj allianz health care card also. Regarding this, I lodged a FIR and scanned copy of FIR and signature proof send to the concerned person Mr. Harsh Goel (harsh.goel@balic.in) to stop my ECS from my ICICI bank. But, continuing mailing and conversation the ECS is still debiting from my account. Eventhough, in mail I clearly mentioned to stop ECS and I don't want to continue my policy furthermore. Now, I want to credit my ECS amount from the date of completion of required documents and stop ECS for furthermore.

I am attaching the copy of FIR.
