Health Checkup Not done and the benefits of invested money not given

I have invested Rs. 10, 000 for health care pack. SKYHEALERSINDIA.COM mentioned that they will provide the facilities for health checkup through THYROCARE. They mentioned in the website that they will back 1% regularly of total invested capital upto 300 days. but they have stopped the website as well as they do not have provided the Health Checkup yet. All these were intentionally done as they had a fraud minded big project.
