This is in reference to my docket number : 204251387, from faridabad to mumbai -7, this consignment was released on 19th of june and till today you have not delivered. i am enquiring at your office inmumbai.

they says the parcel has not yet reached mumbai. how can you say its a courier facility which travels with bullock cart speed. above all your person sitting at this office (tel no : 24966442/24952141) is totally stupid, without knowledge and for everything she is responding to a person called (gaja).

your head office mobile number of Mr. chowdhary (9869819413) seems to be busy all time as if he is talking to his girl friend. he should atleast respond to missed calls. some body might be ina an urgency wants to talk to him..
