Unjustified termination of scheme

I had taken the "Health Plus Medical Expenses Policy" since 2005 and regularly paid a premium of Rs. 10, 700.00 and in these years not raised any claim. Now all of a sudden the company has terminated the policy / scheme and suggested we move to a "mediclaim" palicy at a premium of Rs. 25, 326.00
There is no option given for getting a refund NOR any other policy with similar premium.
We usually take the policy to cover health related issues during older age, now it seems that all the premium paid till now is a waste.
If any one can help me address the right forum, please let me know.
