Heart Holidays - Tour Package Cheat

Heart holidays is a company which provide holiday packages. When me & my friend approached this cheat he promised a lot of good deals for the packages in Kerala. I had checked the website & there was a 4 & 5 * package. The name itself says that the hotels will be either a 4* or a 5 *. Also, the car for commuting as promised was supposed to be an A/C Indigo.

However, when we reached kerala the car was a Non A/C. Out of the 4 hotels only 1 was a 4* & rest 3 were all 2* & 3*. He used to call atleast 10 times in a day when he needed the payment. However, he had stopped picking up calls as soon as the full payment was done.

I would request all the readers to stay away from this cheat & not make any bookings from him as he does not stay with his promises.
