stating that he has won the prize money of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS ONLY (£250, 000.00) which has been deposited to the HEATHROW COURIER EXPRESS. they are the firm that will handle the delivery of his parcel.

It will be delivered to him within 24HRS, 48HRS or 72HRS after taken care of the required cost of their delivery charge. They asked to pay only the delivery charge and report to them immediately if asked to pay for anything outside the delivery cost. They gave the following address of the Heathrow Courier Express:

This mail we got from Mr. John. C.Charles (Director General Natwest Bank plc

Then we contacted HEATHROW COURIER EXPRESS after that the Courier company advised us to deposit Amount of : 15, 200INR. To the following

Accordingly Mannan had done the needful now Inspite of depositing the amount the HEATHROW COURIER EXPRESS then said that they have not received any parcel from Foreign Remittance Department

Natwest Bank Liverpool they have not given the Tracking number and now they are demanding more money (INR 60 to 70, 000).

After this we contacted Foreign Remittance Department

Natwest Bank Liverpool and this what they replied.

We ackonwledge the receipt of your mail, we have been informed by the Courier Company that the charge which they are requesting from you is not going to their own A/C, it is for the India Govt. they are not holding down your consignment, please try to under them. also we not happy that you have not received your Consignment till date, what i will advise you is to contact the Courier Company, for further proceedure on how they can assist you get your consignment.
