Heating coil of gyeser
No receipt/service

I contecred New Kishore Electrical and General Store in Thane for repair of my old bathroom gyeser. They sent one electricial for checking. After examining he suggested to replace the coil. He charged me Rs. 430/- for part and service. It failed within a month and after repeated request there is no response saying "there is no guaranttee on the coil". When I asked for the receipt, the shopkeeper denied. Please help in get it repaired again. As I have a small kid and we both are woking and this non-fuctioning of the gyeser is creating lot of trouble for us. We are forced to use gas for this purpose.
