I have received a message on 10/06 stating that i have won US$850, 000 in heineken premium light mobile draw held in uk please tell me whether i is true or false.

They also demanded of Rs 38400 for F.R.O and Rs 157000 for clearance and transfer fee for release of my winning amount.
