Magazines not received

I had subscribed for the Hello and Femina nagazine on 17th April from my company where the vendors for Benett, Coleman had come. It was a credit card payment, the money was credited from my account in the month of May. I started receiving my Femina subscription but have yet not received a copy pf the Hello magazine.

In the receipt a Helpline no 22731717 is given. Whenever you try the same it says that the number is busy to try again later.
