NON DELIVERY OF D"ZIRE CAR

I have booked a Maruti Suzuki D"Zire car through your esteemed firm (HERCULES AUTOMOBILES INT'L (P) LTD, TVM Kerala, South India.)on 20/06/08.

Inspite of my repeated reminders and personal visits, phone calls to your showroom in kollam as well as in trivandrum, you have not turned up to deliver the vehicle till date.

Also I have contacted your sales officer Mr. Vigi kumar V.S at kollam office regarding the same but to no avail.

Having reposed confidence on the terms and conditions offered by your firm, I took courage/risk of depositing the entire value of the vehicle by remitting Rs.6, 59, 767, vide DD No.561942 of canara bank with expectation of kindly delivery-within 30 days.

I came to know from reliable sources that you have delivered many D'zire cars which have been booked later on.

To my utter surprise your firm has not kept its word, and i feel cheated.

I now deserve the right to cancel my order and claim refund of the said amount of Rs.6.59.767 with its accrued interest which may please be expedited immediately on the receipt of this letter, by DD payable at kollam in the name JUSTUS.M.GEORGE.

Hope no more correspondence is required with your firm in this connection having cleared my position.
