Herculies Alleppey/ Maruti Swift dzire

I booked a Swift dzire from Herculies alleppey on 13/07.They told that the vehicle will get with in 70 days. We paid 50, 000/- for booking and the balance amount paid on 30/9 as they told.but not yet get the vehicle. Please do necessary action as soon as possible
