Hotel Confirmation

Dear All,

I have received voucher form MyCard after purchasing a Videocon TV. I was told that I can use this voucher in the listed Locations before December 24. And I have inform them and send the voucher to the Mailing Address mentioned on the enevolp.

I have send the voucher on 27 July from Bangalore through Professional Courier and they confirmed me that the consignment have been dilivered on 29 July and they have the acknolegement.

When i called up the Heritage Holidays they are saying me that they haven't received any courier I had sent.

I have even sent an E-Mail to confirm my Hotel Accodmation but still I havent received any confirmation.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me in this matter.
