Loan Fraud for people w/ Bad credit

Loan service scam... Heritage Lending Services... Promise of loan for debt consolidation in return for 6 months of payments. Due to bad credit issues, thought they were being honest. Next day "senior loan officer" called to let me know that they needed an additional 6 months of payments. When I told him I wanted a refund due to contract being voided he told me to "think about it for a day". Tried to call back within minutes of talking with him and phone service is temporarily on hold. Totally frustrated and saddened. Have anyone heard of them? If so, where are they located out of?
