Charging Rate High than printed rate

Dear Sir,

yesterday i have given my bike for servicing in Singla Automobiles Plot No.89 Nera ICE Factory, Near Nasir Pur Indl. Area N. Delhi.110045, they have charged each and every work for labour charge also i have paid servicing charges there is some half engine work in my bike, i fail to understand why they charged each and every work for labor charge also the changed disc break oil but that time i was there the disc break oil charges printed is Rs.36 for 100 M.L but they charged 40 Rs. for that oil and they have used Disc break oil only 50 M.L. my bill no job no and Date is 5310 /28.11.2009 my bilke no is DL 7S AY 2364.

Kindly solve my problem i have asked there also but i don't get any satisfactory ans.
