Service Engineer not responding

Dear Mam/Sir,

It was told to me in the month of January by the service engineer of Bhubaneswar, Orissa of Hero Honda Motors Ltd that he will revert back to me by 15th of february for changing my back shock absorb of my bike. But till date he is yet to respond to me for my earlier problem. If customer from Bhubaneswar are getting responses from company like Hero Honda this sort of responses then think of the customer living in other parts of Orissa. Please look into this matter at an urgent basis.
