HERO HONDA/BIKE DIVISION
NON SUPPLY OF BIKE DESPITE LONG PENDING ADVANCE BOOKING

Sir: I booked a HERO HONDA bike i.e. PASSION PRO SGK MMC (PASSION PRO WITH SELF START WITH MOULDED RIM OF COLOUR RED AND BLACK) on 28th of Jun considering to have a bike with tested performance and reputation with an advance money of Rs. 5000/- with one of your dealer in VISAKHAPATNAM i.e. SIVA SANKAR MOTORS, GAJUWAKA, VISAKHAPATNAM 26, A.P. with a promise that my vehicle will be supplied in one month. But to my surprise, even after 47 days dealer is unable to say when I can get my vehicle. Dealer does not have even any courtesy to inform me about this abnormal delay. All information I need to get of my own. He keeps on saying that he does not have stock of this bike nor he knows when he will receive this bike from your company. My apprehension is that because of the reason unknown to me he is doing some foul play with me. He says these bikes are rarely supplied, However I could see this bike all around. Sir my query is as follows. " IS THERE SUCH ADELAY POSSIBLE FOR THE SUPPLY OF THIS BIKE IN VISAKHAPATNAM. IF YES, WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY BIKE. IF NOT WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW IF YOUR DEALER IS PLAYING AROUND WITH ME". Sir I understand you are the biggest player in bike industries with maximum share in India. Losing one customer on this line wont affect you or your dealer in any way. But this is unethical. Problem may lie with your dealer. If there is genuine problem of supply I can bear with the delay. However I will be very grateful to have your immediate redressal on this.
