Bike not delivered against full Advance for one month

I have given ch no.505380, of IDBI Bank, Patna Branch Rs.1, 20, 000/-(one lac twenty thousand rupees) on 24/12/08 to BINEET ENTERPRISES, Adampur, Bhagalpur-812001 (Bihar). Ph No.0641-2424261 for delivery of two bikes one CBZ Xtreme and one Passion Pro. Out of that I am delivered only CBZ Xtreme on 20/01/09 after a long delay. Initially we were told that cheque is not cleared. when we checked with our banker it is shown that BINEET ENTERPRISES has cleared cheque on 07/01/09 itself.

We are following up them day and night for the mistake never committed by me. There is no concrete reply from their representative when another bike Passion Pro will be delivered. How to handle the situation I am clueless.
