Subject: Error in ATM transaction on dt. 16th Feb 09 between 7.00 to 8.00pm

Dear Sir,

I am an ATM customer of State Bank of Indore, Branch Marwari Road, Bhopal with ATM Card No. 5047753000300040073 and account No. 63007538726. I went to Fatehrarh ATM (ID-S1AN0051913) for cash withdraw on 16th Feb-09, evening. When I operated fast cash transaction to withdraw Rs. -, system processed for a minute and display an error i.e. processed period out of time with silence mode. I have neither received cash nor transaction slip. Some other SBI customers were facing same problem there. Watch man or any SBI executive was not present there.

Later, I went to Nehru Nagar ATM. There was displayed a notice that system is not working.

I went to Fatehgarh ATM again on 17th Feb-09, 7:20pm. I have withdraw Rs.- but when I checked my account mini statement, Rs.- had been debited of 16th Feb-09, which were not received by me. It was system’s error. Just I called to customer care of SBI, he replied me for applying to account holder Branch.

I have sent application to Branch Office Marwari Road, Bhopal on 18th Feb-09.

Here by you are requested that please check it and credit Rs.- in favour of my account.
