Defective fuel tank

Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased HERO HONDA karizma motorcycle from your authorised dealer STS Automibiles at BOISAR - Dist Thane in November.
After reciept of bike I found defect at petrol tank which was brought to the notice of deler withing first fifteen days itself, the tank fuel cap closure portion has holes (Photograph attahced) The delear promised me to replace fule tank in next 15 days and that continued since I trusted him. Now almost six months are over and suddenly his service enginner has denied the replacement of fuel tank
This was to my utter surprise that how come HERO HONDA delear can behave like this with their consumers when it was clearly visible from photo that this is a manufacturing defect
I checked on your website there is no complaint settlement window provided for logging complaints
On website I got WESTZONE head office address hence I have launched this complaint with them but no response. On its website there is no option for customer complaints
The photograph and bike details are attached for your immediate action. I expect replacment of the defective part as soon as possible.
