Pratham Motors - Employees behaviour is rude

I had given my Hero Honda passion (Red & Black color) for repairing. I had meet with an accident which caused some damages to the bike so as a authorized company service center i had given my bike to Pratham Motors Pune. The staff is not answering to me properly. I had asked many times that whats was the estimate amount (repairing amount) but they always said you talk with your agent we don't know or gave some weired reasons. The staff people tell me that sirg don't worry insurance gaddi hai it will take months. They took around 15 days to repair my bike.

This is not good on the company name like Hero Honda whose staff is misbehaving with people & not giving respect to them.
