SMOKE & OIL THROUGH SILENCER IN NEW BYKE

Dear sir,

i have purchased a bike splender on 23/09/09 from SINGHLA agency pul prahaladpur, new delhi, i observed after first service that it was giving smoke & oil through silencer . so i have given the complaint three times to the service centre of singhla agency. they attend the complaint three times, but byke is giving oil today also through silencer.

i am wasting my time for this new bike, who is the responsible for this. so i am not interested to go again & again to the service centre. if service centre is not capable to shortout this problem in a single time, it means it is a mazor problem. SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO GIVE THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS BYKE.
