I haven't get my goodlife card yet

I have purchased my bike Hero Honda splendor NXG on 03-oct. Hero Honda launches a scheme named goodlife card, so i submitted an application for my goodlife card. It is the rule that an applicant gets the card under maximum 30 days, but here 3 months have gone but there is response i have got from hero honda group. The dealer named JMK auto pvt. ltd. re-enter my application for twice on 9-03 and 31-03, but still there is no response... please there is anyone to solved out my problem.
